I've said this before on a couple of videos, there's nothing better than living close to the water. What makes it even better is when your good friend, confidante, and fishing mentee (in this case Doc) has a boat docked less than a mile from your home. This post-work trip in mid-September on Doc's beautiful Scarab saw us catch the tail end of the slack tide and the sea bass fishing was red hot with the tide on standby. With the fool moon however, as soon as the tide started running, the bite just shut down.
