I wasn’t. The relentless terrain, a massive swarm of biting midges, and the weight of my pack pushed me to my limits. Somewhere along the way, the challenge broke me, leaving this journey unfinished. It was a humbling experience in Scotland’s wildest, most remote mountains—a brutal trial that I underestimated.
