Simple unboxing of the Chris Reeve Mnandi in s45vn steel and bog oak inlays. Mnandi is Zulu for "very nice" and that about sums up this knife. I've wanted this knife for a long time but with long wait times and none of the ones that I've seen available actually having the inlay pattern that caught my eye I've passed on the few I've seen online. All the inlays are different because the natural materials that Chris Reeve uses vary in color and pattern making each knife unique. When comparing this knife to other knives that most people will be familiar with it is easy to see, it is very small, making it a knife that could be pulled out in public without people running away screaming. What doesn't come across in a video is how well made this thing is and how nice it feels in the hand. I feel lucky to have come across this sitting almost hidden in a case surrounded by red dots and Micro Tech OTFs.
