When you want nausea and stomach relief. In this video I’m sharing two essential oil blends for nausea. There’s an Aromatherapy inhaler and a topical blend you can apply to your belly and low back, so we're approaching nausea in two ways. I love using these blends together so they can complement one another. They’re especially helpful when I’m traveling! If you’ve never made an Aromatherapy inhaler, I explain what they are at 0:45. They are so convenient to carry with you and use anywhere you go! Good news! Aromatics International recently started carrying inhalers with organic wicks. You can find those here: https://www.aromatics.com/products/ac... The oils for the inhaler are: 6 drops Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) (1:31) 7 drops Green Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) (1:52) 3 drops Cardamom (Ellettaria cardamomum) (2:19) I make the topical blend at 3:28. I’m adding the oils to a base of 2 oz. (56 gm) aloe vera gel in a 2 oz. (60 ml) PET plastic bottle. (I prefer to use glass with essential oils, but PET plastic is known as a non-reactive plastic that doesn’t leach. In cases where glass isn’t ideal, such as for a blend that might get tossed around in luggage, PET plastic works great.) At 4:13 I fill my bottle with 2 oz. (56 gm) aloe vera gel. Then I add: 5 drops Peppermint (Mentha x piperita) (4:34) 5 drops Green Mandarin (Citrus reticulata) (4:51) 3 drops Cardamom (Ellettaria cardamomum) (5:05) 3 drops Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) (5:33) I got more drops of a few of the oils than I planned to (the oils come out fast!), but that’s okay. Just tip your bottle slowly to try to control your drop count, but don’t worry if you get too many. Between your inhaler and your topical blend, you should be feeling better fast! 🌈 Join the Aromahead Channel! 😎 🌹 SUBSCRIBE https://bit.ly/3xF03c3 and click on the 🔔 to be notified whenever we offer a new video
