THIS was my biggest fear when transitioning to 3 kids. HOW, and not even so much of "How" but "How do I do it and keep baby safe?" My husband works shift work and I was doing bedtime solo about 50% of the time. Luckily for us he switched to a different shift and he can now be home for dinner + bedtime (most of the time). On the nights he's not home, I know that I'll just have to give extra time, be extra patient and he'll likely start on the same side as the older girl (because she can mostly handle it).
