Cover the dates in water in a bowl and soak for an hour. Set the water aside for later. 2. Use 4 tbsp of the water that the dates were soaking in to blend with all the ingredients. Blend until smooth in a nutribullet or something similar. 3. Spoon into 4 sandwich bags and keep in the fridge or freezer. 4. Use during high endurance running or workouts. I used one energy gel after 12 miles and then another after 17 miles. Electrolyte Water (makes 2 bottles) 1.5 litres Water 1/4 cup lemon Juice - about 1 1/2 lemons 1/4 cup Lime Juice - about 2 1/2 limes 1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt 1 Orange, Juice 1. Squeeze the juice from the lemons, limes and orange and mix well into the water with the salt. 2. Pour into two bottles, and keep in the fridge. Shake well before drinking. 3.
