"AG20" is an amphibious all-terrain vehicle on ultra-low pressure tires. The chief designer of the all-terrain vehicle is Alexei Garagashyan, who previously developed the Sherp all-terrain vehicle. The name "AG20" stands for Alexei Garagashyan, the twentieth all-terrain vehicle. The all-terrain vehicle has a sealed body made of high-strength steel and aluminum alloys, a side-turn structure, ultra-low pressure tubeless tires and a pneumocirculation suspension with wheel inflation with exhaust gases. The AG20 also has a mid-engine layout; the power unit is a 1.5-liter Kubota diesel engine with a capacity of 44.3 hp. Fuel consumption is 2-3 liters per hour, depending on the type of soil. Compared to the Sherp Pro, the AG20 has a more spacious and comfortable cabin, designed for long journeys. Instead of levers, a steering wheel is installed, on which the buttons of the main controls are displayed. The central place on the steering wheel is occupied by a tablet computer with a 15-inch touch screen. All windows in the AG20 have double glazing, the side front windows swing open, and do not move like on the Sherp. A triple tent can be installed on the roof of the all-terrain vehicle. In technical terms, the all-terrain vehicle also has significant differences. Onboard chains are in sealed oil baths. Torque is transmitted from the engine through a 5-speed gearbox to two planetary rotation mechanisms through two cardan shafts, and not an intermediate chain drive, as was the case on the Sherp. The load on the output shafts of the gearbox compared to the "Sherp" is reduced by 2.5 times. For better cooling, a larger radiator from Toyota Land Cruiser is installed.
