This time I am doing something a little different, of course, and sewing a cute retro styled dress. I am making it up in a plaid fabric, so that means a lot of matching. Also, putting in an invisible zipper, while matching plaids successfully feels pretty good. There is some pattern modification to make sleeves that seem too narrow, and also adding a little extra ease into the hip area.
