Normally we all expect that honest service is done at all service centers but if they forget any petty routine check-up ; then what? Since nobody is chasing them when technicians do the service of your. Of course they do the required jobs while servicing but sometimes they forget petty things and sometimes deliberately leave them because owner of the car is not there to check. And they know its not going to make much difference. Like in this video ; it happened with me ; I could not capture that scene since I was busy in convincing him that he had not cleaned air filter ; in fact he had not cleaned and thought the same reason that owner of the car wasn't there , but luckily I was present there watching everything from the beginning and shooting small clips .Then he started giving me lame excuses that I thought the other guy had cleaned the filter. I told him Boss your service center is charging a hefty amount for this service and you guys just take it lightly whereas you must be double checking the check-list of the customer provided to you. So this video is just an effort to make you vigilant while you give your car for service. Try to be there and watch all the steps carefully to your fullest satisfaction. Some of the technicians get irritated when the owners are keeping an eye on every action of service but you can request them and watch the actions from some distant place .This will gain your knowledge too.
