Fl Keys Adventuring #5 - Upper Sugarloaf Old State Road 4A + (Catch and Cook)

Fl Keys Adventuring #5 - Upper Sugarloaf Old State Road 4A + (Catch and Cook) Windy days doesn't mean you can't get out and enjoy the Florida Keys. I decided to do a different style of trip this time. On a prior video, I walked the end stretch of Old State Road 4A. This time I wanted to cover some ground so I prepped the old Schwinn mountain bike, brought out the pink backpack, and stuffed it with some fishing and cooking equipment. It is a fairly casual bike ride and a great place for an evening stroll with quite a few water access points as well as a jumping bridge. Plenty of out of the way spots for a nice picnic. A great place to go with the family. To make it a bit more interesting as I wasn't going to be doing any swimming, I decided to bring a little ultralight two piece rod and reel and do a quick shore lunch. I brought some cooked rice and some shredded cabbage, a whole avocado, and some cooking oil. Basically, all I had to add was a small fish for protein. Directions at the end of the video.
