But these are the ingredients I used plus some variations you could try: - Whole tilapia fish (sub with any whole fish. I love whiting fish too or red snapper.) - Salt - Bouillon powder (beef or chicken bouillon) - Garlic powder - Onion powder - Parsley flakes - Crushed red pepper flakes - Fresh basil - Fresh garlic - Ginger root - Habanero pepper - Oil - Green onions - Tomatoes - Bell peppers - White pepper - Paprika Try also seasoning the fish with some dried basil or thyme. Add more habanero pepper to the sauce if you want it very spicy.
