Mustard Seeds-1/2 Tsp Fennel Seeds-1/2 Tsp Cinnamon-2 Garlic Cloves-3 Curry Leaves Sprigs-1 Add 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder-1/2 Tsp Jaffna Curry Powder-2 Tbsp. Water-1/2 Cup Or 125 ML Lime/Lemon-1/2 Dry Yeast-13 Grams Or 1 Tbsp. + 1/2 Tsp Sugar-2 Tsp Or 9 Grams Luke warm Water-1/3 Cup Or 80 ML let it sit for 6 minutes to activate the yeast All Purpose Flour-625 Grams Or 4 Cup + 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Salt-1 Tsp + 1/8 Tsp Or 7 Grams Sugar-60 Grams Or 1/4 Cup Room temperature butter-65 Grams Or 1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp. Room temperature Milk-140 ML Or 9 1/2 Tbsp.
