Accordingly, who are the minors(stupids)? What is the good or bad of their association? Here we must first identify who is the stupidest. There are three main characteristics of Bala (Stupid) as described in the Bala Pandita Sutra. That is, indulging in sins with the mind, indulging in sins with the body and indulging in sins with the word. If a person engages in depravity (evil) in mind, body, or word, he is a malevolent person who works inferiorly. It is stated in the Bala Pandita Sutra that he is neither a good man nor a scholar. Accordingly, one becomes a good man or a bad man according to the work done by him or her. He is a good man if he brings forth good from three doors (Mind , Body and words). Generally, the word Bala is used in Buddhism to refer to ignorant people or fools/stupids. these people can recognize the words of the Buddha. That is to say, treating unrighteousness as doctrine, treating unethical things as holy, treating disobedience as discipline, wrongly generating curiosity, and always being afraid, these characteristics are present in the younger. Therefore, impurity often grows in him, and the mind is always attracted. Because of this, personal good does not happen through inferior association. He also brings harm to the society. "Digho balanang samsaro" is said to be a very long journey for the stupid people. There is no worldly development.
