I CANNOT GO to Turkey - Bikepacking Europe ep 16, Greece

Cycling in Greece is coming to an end. But Greece didn't disappoint, not even in the end. Despite not being that well known among bikepackers, I found here, in the north of Greece a lot of things to see: the lion of Amphipolis, byzantine castles and the amazing archaeological remains at Maroneia. It was also the first time me seeing a Pelikan, as well as many other beautiful creatures in Nestos National Park, which I cycled through on my way to Alexandroupoli. Even though I did not arrive in Alexandroupoli when planned, I really enjoyed this last week of cycling here and sleeping one last time on a beach, under the stars and in front of the sea, falling asleep with the sound of the waves. Now it is time for new adventures and new lands to discover, although not the ones I thought at first.
