A no spend quilt is perfect for the beginning of the year. At the beginning of a new year I always say - I am going to save money this year. Not I am going to lose weight or go to the gym. Nope! I am going to control my spending and this no spend quilt is perfect for my first quilt of 2024 and my declaration to spend less money. Another undertaking is to use the fabric I have which fulfills the no spend quilt; as well as saving money. And I have a LOT! I traveled quite a bit in the last 2 years and I've collected some beautiful fabric. Now I need to use it. So to both ends, I have created a controlled scrappy no spend quilt that turned out great.
