Fishing In Hythe: One Target Achieved

Headed to Hythe Kent, in this video with my trusty fishing dog and usual fishy partner in crime. The Targets of the night were Smoothound and sole. The lack of crab made me think our chances of Smoothound were slim but they are known to take a well presented squid. Armed with lug and size 4 hooks I believed we had a decent chance of a sole with plenty sandbanks in the area. The sea had other plans and after providing me with the lesser of the 2 achievable targets early on gave a bit of a mix bag of fish but that's why I love the sea, you just never know!!
