Bread Machine Sourdough (Molly's Bread) 2/3 c. active starter 3/8-1/2 c. water 2 tsp. oil 1 T. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. bread flour 1 tsp. vital wheat gluten (I didn't use any) 1 1/2 tsp. yeast Place all ingredients in bread machine. Set to dough cycle. Check for dryness after 5 minutes. Add drips of water until dough is moist, but not wet. When dough cycle is complete, turn out dough and flatten into a rectangle. Roll up tightly and place in greased bread pan. Allow to rise until doubled then bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
