Our Galatta India host Nayandeep Rakshit exclusively caught up with the entire team of Citadel - including the lead stars and the storytellers Raj Nidimoru, Krishna DK and Sita Menon for candid chat. In this interview, Raj and DK emphasise on building the whole Citadel India universe at 1/10th the budget of the international series starring Priyanka Chopra and the need for secure tantrum free actors. Varun breaks silence on his commercial imagery and why he was disappointed after YRF scion Aditya Chopra refused to bet money on him for an actioner. Samantha, on the other hand, opened up about the challenging times she faced while shooting the series on one hand and coping up with her auto immune induced myositis on the other. She gets emotional about how she begged the team to move on and also appreciated them for believing in her and standing by her through the tough times.
