Here's something I recorded the other day for Instagram ( instagram.com/campusfive ) but people seemed to dig it, so I figured I'd reshare it here. I original worked up a chord melody arrangement of this tune back in lockdown, but had been recently revisiting and relearning it. After an simple intro tagging the last 4 bars of melody, there's a melody chorus in "C", which allows the use of some open strings. After the melody chorus, I take an improvised chord solo inspired by my transcriptions of the playing of Allan Reuss and George Van Eps.
