I've cooperated with mizusoba, the dev of Reimu Needs Help!? Aunn-chan to the Rescue! to translate it into English. Release is currently slated for July 31st. You play as Aunn, the always eager-to-help komainu of the Hakurei Shrine and combine adjectives with nouns to produce something that'll (hopefully!) help Reimu with whatever she's having trouble with at at any given moment. Just like Hina-chan's Big Trade, there's quite a lot of dialogue here, and a lot of the game's charm comes when you fail, not when you succeed!
