Pecan Pie Recipe In this video, I’ll take you through the process of making the perfect pecan pie. If you're new to baking, this video is for you! I'll show you just how easy it is to make a classic pecan pie with simple ingredients and minimal fuss. With clear instructions and helpful visuals, you'll be whipping up your own pecan pie in no time. Let’s get started. Ingredients: 2 cups of Pecans (chopped) ¼ cup of unsalted butter (melted) ½ cup of brown sugar ¼ teaspoon of salt 1 cup of light corn syrup 3 large eggs 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon 1 9-inch, deep dish ready-made Pastry Pie Shell Bring all your refrigerated ingredients to room temperature. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (176 Degrees Celsius). Rough chop your Pecans. Poke a few holes in the bottom of the ready-made pie shell, then blind bake it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, (176 degrees Celsius), for 5 to 7 minutes. In a large bowl, add the remainder of the ingredients listed above and whisk together until it is well combined. Add chopped Pecans into the pre-baked pie shell, then pour the syrup mixture on top and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, (176 degrees Celsius) for 40 to 50 minutes, or until the center of the pie is slightly jiggly. (Check periodically after 30 minutes). Remove the Pecan Pie from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature before cutting and serving. Garnish with whipped cream, or vanilla ice cream.
