Quite often the details for a project are on multiple A3 drawings instead of a single A1 or A0 drawing. This can make it easier for printing our use out on site but does have its drawbacks when it comes to measuring at tender stage. So, what you can do is create a master template where all the individual drawings can be placed. You can even have viewports ready for when there is a different scale being used e.g. elevations at 1:100 whereas floor plans are at 1:50. Bluebeam facilitates this as you can create any size page to work on and set as many viewports as you need. You can also setup grids in order so the drawings that you are copying can be placed exactly where you want them.
