We started the hike at this position https://maps.app.goo.gl/XcgFm5SiSW3H2.... Next to the playground is a street where you can park your car for free during the day. From there it is around 2 miles to the peak of the trail. We made this walk at a pretty hot day, almost 100 ° F (37°C)! We underestimated a little bit the incline of the trail, so that we arrived the Observatory quite exhausted! So please bring enough water with you (in summer) for the walk!
