TYPES OF PMC: • Client PMC • Contractor PMC CLIENT PMC: • Client PMC ( till tendering work) • Client PMC (before tendering to completion of project) CLIENT PMC: • Client PMC deals with the preparation of all types of drawings involved in the construction industries i.e. Structural drawing, architectural drawing, MEP Drawing, deals with the preparation of BOQ, Tender Documents, Detailed Project reports, etc. • Client PMC also deals with Bid evaluation for the selection of the final contractor on the behalf of a client • Client PMC also checks the Quality of work progress at the site and all bill checking which come from the contractor. • Client PMC charges their rate quotation on the percentage basis of the project value or BOQ amount.
