Societal fears that we all find challenging can only be overcome by putting yourself into uncomfortable situations. In this video, I am starting this series with a getaway trip that I am FULLY capable of enjoying, but still find it scary to actually do it. I want to encourage you to do something similar, it is never as bad as you imagine. This is something I just booked despite feeling nervous, and put myself in those situations, and ended up really enjoying the experience.
