This 1966 Beauty has Hardly Been Played over the years. The Sound is Amazing. The Red Resoglas, (Fiberglass), finish looks like the day it arrived from the Montgomery Ward Catalog. That's right. These Cool Guitars were sold by Montgomery Wards. The Guitar still has its Original Foil National date sticker on the back of the headstock. It identifies it as a 1964 thru 1968 by the label, but this model was only offered one year in 1966 via the Wards Catalog. This is one of the Original "House Brand" Guitars. It is Original from Top to Bottom. They used Very High Quality Parts back then. It has the Original Double Line Kluson Tuners, Valco made Single Coil Pickups with Individual Pole Piece Adjustments, Pickguard, Knobs, Nut, String Guide, everything on this Pristine Guitar is Original. This will be a Keeper for that Guitar Enthusiast. I had Jeff the Tech go over it and set it up like all of those with low playing easy action. It's a Pleasure to Play and a Beauty to look at. It has the tiniest dings showing that its not New Old Stock but What a Looker. This 1966 Airline comes with the Original Hardshell Case that does look like its been around. The decals come with it but All Latches, Hinges, and Original Handle Work as They Should. This is the Guitar made Famous by Blues Players JB Hutto and Jack White, but it works for just about any style of music you would like to play it. Check this one out.
