2024 Turtle Mountain

Welcome back fellow riders, going up Turtle Mountain is one of my all-time favorite rides. I am trying to make this a yearly ritual and I was fortunate that ‪@nbdra923‬ hosted a group ride led by our very own ‪@justinpryde1‬. This ride offers a relentless terrain covered in rocks and roots that is sure to test and improve your skills. To my surprise, there was very little mud and water this year, which made the ride exponentially easier than the previous years where I tend to go later in the year when there's more rain and fallen leaves. For the group size we were, the pace was amazing. I had volunteered to sweep to ensure nobody hurt themselves or were left stranded. This was a great time with a great group of people.
