Took me a few weeks to get this down. It feels like a lot of it comes down to luck of the draw. Sometimes you'll get slammed with 3 2x Amphibious missions with only 3 Ospreys to go between them, which is basically impossible even with full micromanagement due to prep time and aircraft fatigue. Early on, when you have fewer aircraft, I recommend running some of your aircraft through the hangar for preventative maintenance even if they aren't smoking. It'll give one extra combat turn out before you hit the scramble state. By 20 minutes, you'll end up having to put spare aircraft into the hangar and throwing ready aircraft as fast as possible. I was surprised how far I got past 30 minutes given my previous was 26 minutes, and when I finally ran out of things to spend, just time accelerated to the sweet, sweet release of death and not worrying about this achievement anymore.
