Today's video is an in-depth look at the Mopar owner's favorite performance transmission - the A833 manual four speed. To complete this rebuild, I utilized parts from Brewers, an excellent book by Jamie Passon of Passon Performance, a factory service manual, and an excellent video made by ‪@ifixmycarmyself2502‬. In total, the project took about three days. Although the process is relatively straightforward, there are certainly some intricate details that require care and attention. Now that the transmission is done, the next step is to reinstall it into the 1971 Plymouth 'Cuda it belongs to.
