Relief from Painful Arthritic Knees with THESE Exercises

Is knee pain stopping you from daily exercise? I've been there, so I understand how it feels. Unfortunately, knee pain is a very common orthopedic injury, effecting both young and old. However, as long as the injury is not too serious, the rehab can be pretty straightforward. In this video, I outline 3 basic things to try first if you are having knee pain: Foam roll any myofascial trigger points, strengthen your quadriceps, hamstrings, and gluteals, and then stretch out your quads and hamstrings.
