SILENCERCO'S MOST VERSATILE CAN - PREORDER YOURS TODAY! The Hybrid 46M from SilencerCo has more caliber options than you can dream of. It's a modular, fully welded silencer designed to handle everything from 9 to 45 on handguns and subguns, 5.56 to 300 Win Mag on rifles, the hotter larger rifle rounds such as 338 Lapua, and even big bore cartridges like 45-70, 458 SOCOM, and more. It handles virtually everything except rimfire, and does it like a champ. Like the Omega 36M, the Hybrid 46M can be configured between a full size and a compact version. This lets the shooter have a full-size decibel reduction king, or a shorter can when size matters. It's not a heavy can, but the 46M can still take a beating. It's lighter than many cans in class, but still full auto rated and can suppress some of the hottest, hardest hitting calibers out there. The Hybird 46M uses the "Charlie" mounting system. This is the same system found on SilencerCo's Saker series, Chimera, and Omega 36M. The 46M ships with a Charlie ASR mount, allowing it to mate up to the most popular QD system on the market. The front caps, mounting system, and length can all be adjusted to suit the individual users own needs. The caliber range it can use is impressive to say the least, and it doesn't disappoint on any of them. The ability to put on different front caps allows smaller projectiles like 5.56, 204, or 6mm to do very well out of a .46 caliber silencer. There are three categories where the Hybrid 46 rises to the top. The first being obvious- multicaliber usage. For someone looking to suppress a huge number of different firearms, it can handle the job. Secondarily, it is extremely good at taming larger rifle rounds like 45-70, 458 SOCOM, 450 Bushmaster, and even our personal favorite 45 Long Colt.
