Ingredients 8cups of water 2lb catfish 1lb shrimp Basil Rice paddy herb Saw leaf herb Green onion Galanga Lemon Grass Kaffir lime leaf Garlic Tamarind mixed with hot water or you can use tamarind soup base Sugar (optional, we didn't use any and it tasted great) Salt Fried garlic Pineapple Tomato Fuzzy Melon Granulated chicken flavor soup base mix Fish Sauce Total cooking time - 1hour
