How do we get FASTER? ⚡️INCREASE Stride Frequency + Stride Length⚡️ 🏆Below are 5 drills to implement during your next Speed Training session. ====== Standing Dynamics - (Set up on 10, 5, Goal line) 1. Single Exchange On Whistle x2 2. Double Exchange On Whistle x2 (Make sure to get 2 reps in here. Start with R &L leg.) 3. Triple On Whistle x2 4. Kneeling Waterfall Starts - 2x15yd ea 🔑(1 second pause w/I knee off ground) 5. Competitive Sprints Week 1: 10x20, 1-2: Standing R/L 3-4: On Chest 5-6: Lateral Knee R/L 7-8: laying on ground 9-10: Quick Feet (2 whistles) 🚨 (Make sure to have 3 groups set up for competitive sprints.
