It’s #trendingtuesday and sometimes you just need to eat an entire cucumber so ‪@Alexawhatsfordinner‬ whipped up this Korean Kimchi Cucumber Salad recipe inspired by the cucumber king ‪@logaagm‬ 🥒 1 large cucumber 1/4 cup rice vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1/2 tablespoon gochujang ½ - 1 tablespoon gochugaru, depending on spice tolerance 2 teaspoons granulated sugar 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon sesame seeds 1 tablespoon scallions, finely diced 1. Use a mandolin to slice the entire cucumber into a large sealable container. 2. Add in all the rest of the ingredients. 3. Close the lid and shake the ingredients until combined. 4.
