𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚 ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Accounts Receivable Turnover = Net Credit Sales / Average Accounts Receivables 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐄𝐱𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Suppose a company had a gross credit selling of returns between $1000,000 and $300,000 in 2010. The accounts receivable were $350,000 on 1 January 2010, and $550,000 on 31 December 2010.
