Intracoastal Boat Trip NY to NC (Part 1: NY to Atlantic City)

Part 1 of our trip from New Baltimore NY to Beaufort North Carolina. We started our adventure at Shady Harbor Marina on the Hudson River with the rag tag crew of “Miss Meg”, heading south for the winter. On this leg of the trip, we have a stopover at Shadows Marina in Poughkeepsie. The following morning, we continue south past Manhattan and the Freedom Tower. Experience all the iconic sights of New York Harbor like Ellis Island, the Statue of Liberty and the Verrazano bridge. Once hitting the Atlantic Ocean, the seas get rough as we make our way to Atlantic City New Jersey to lose more than money at the casinos!
