I advise to attempt to repair a camera objective only if you have at least some technical experience (like knowing how screws behave and being able to determine the order of operations upon inspection, etc.) and have proper tool for the job! Otherwise I recommend to look for a professional! 1. Unscrew fron cover, remove back cover. 2. Remove aperture ring and the sall steel ball and spring underneath, be careful not to loose those. 3. Set the focus to the closest, remove guide piece, unsrew the inner helicoid and mark where it separates. 4. Remove the stopping crews of the focusing ring. Unscrew the focusing ring while counting the turns. 5. Unscrew the front lens group. Don’t remove the rear lens group because then the aperture blades can fall out. 6. You can take the housing of the aperture mechanism out of the inner helicoid but mark its orientation before you do it. 7. Clean the helicoids and the fine threads of the focusing mechanism very thoroughly. 8. Put the housing of the aperture mechanism back into the inne rhelicoid be aware of its orientation. Then put back the front lens group too. 9. Lubricate the helicoids, threads and the gide piece and reassemble the focusing mechanism, wipe away excess grease if needed. 10. Reasseble the aperture ring and the back cover.
