New Clark City is a planned community currently undergoing development, located within the Clark Special Economic Zone in the towns of Bamban and Capas in Tarlac province, Philippines. It is owned and managed by the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA). New Clark City will be built in phases. BCDA has been aiming to complete development by 2025. It will be one of the most important urban hubs for Metro Manila residents and will act as a growth center for the Central Luzon Region. The Clark Green City project is a mixed-use development located in Candaba and Apalit, Pampanga. It was conceptualized by the Philippine government as a move to create more job opportunities for Filipinos, boost the local economy and reduce traffic congestion through various infrastructures built for the city.
