How To Pop Up A Deadbait for Pike, Catfish, Perch, Eel & Zander

Here is the 2 methods I use to pop up a deadbait for Predator Species of fish, mostly I am a Pike angler so I have used this method to catch Pike but it has caught me Perch, Trout and Eels in the past so it works for all Predatory Species. You can use a foam pop up ball or a pop up boilie, with the pop up foam balls they are super bouyant and come in different sizes and colours to lift up a bait off the bottom. I have been experimenting with the pop up boilies from Dynamite Baits these can be soaked in oils and they suck up the oils so there's an instant scent trail coming off them as soon as the bait has settled on the bottom. I get my bait oils, AFW Bleeding Leader Wire and terminal tackle from Eddie Turner https://www.eddieturner.co.uk/ Eddies Oil is simply the best there’s nothing that comes close to it in my humble opinion. He’s also a great font of knowledge and published author I have lost count of the times I’ve annoyed him for ideas on rigs and how best to fish certain locations.
