Ingredients 1 pound lean ground beef 1 onion finely chopped 3 tbsp taco seasoning Tomato sauce 4 tbsp Salt to taste Water 1/4 cup 8 taco shells Optional Taco Toppings: shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, chopped red onion, taco sauce, sour cream, guacamole Preparation Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat. Add the ground beef and break up with a spatula. Drain off any excess fat. Add onion and Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is done and onion is soft, 5 -7 minutes. Add the paprika powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, cumin, salt and pepper to the pan.
