Hi Everyone, Here's the warm up I use for my Broadway Jazz & Musical Theatre classes. I created it based on basic steps commonly used in theatre jazz that also had a cardio component when executed repeatedly. This also makes it a fun cardio workout to do at home! In this video I go through the technical details of executing each step as well as some tips when teaching them. All the steps are aimed at a beginner level including non-dancers, BUT, I've also included advanced variations for each if you want more of a challenge!
