Waffles and cherry salsa Serves:4 Ingredients for salsa: ● 400 g cherry ● 30 g honey ● 1 tsp lemon zest ● 50 g dried cranberries ● 50 g roasted pistachios ● small bunch of fresh mint Ingredients for waffles: ● 150 g flour ● 5 g baking powder ● 30 g sugar ● ¼ tsp salt ● 250 ml milk ● 1 egg ● 30 g butter ● 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Add 1 egg to 250 ml milk. 2. Add 1 tsp vanilla extract and stir. 3. Mix 150 g flour and 30 g sugar. 4. Add 5 g baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt and mix. 5. Pour in wet ingredients. 6. Add 30 g melted butter and mix to combine. 7. Set aside. 8. Pit 400 g cherries. 9. Cut them into quarters. 10. Add 1 tsp grated lemon zest. 11. Chop 50 g roasted pistachios. 12.
