220 GALLON REEF TANK AQUASCAPE IS COMPLETE! Placing Aquascape & Sand

THE AQUASCAPE IS FINISHED AND IN THE REEF TANK!! It's been quite the journey aquascaping the new Waterbox 220 gallon aquarium, but we made it ya’ll. Since my last video, I rebuilt the overhanging arch structure that fell using lighter Real Reef Rock and cemented it down using E-Marco 400 cement. The arch is finally stable and holding up well! Also detailed both the larger and smaller structure using little pieces of shelf rock. After rinsing leftover cement from the rock using RODI water and letting it dry overnight, the aquascape was ready to pop into the new aquarium! Added some Caribsea Caribbean sand afterward -- I initially bought five 40 lb bags but turns out I only needed about 120 lbs total so tons of sand leftover. I’m super excited to finally see the aquascape in the tank! I feel like my new aquarium is finally coming together :) Stay tuned for how I fill this guy up and setup all of the new reef tank equipment!!
