How I Restore Headlights with Sandpaper | 2011 Scion xB | DaSlapBox

In this video we restore the headlights on DaSlapBox, which is my 2011 Scion xB car audio build. It's not a racecar, it's a bass car Headlight restoration is really easy and is a quick way to improve the look of the front of your car. All you will need to do is wetsand the whole surface of the lens with each of the grits of sandpaper, starting at 600 and moving up to finish with 3000. After each grit of sandpaper, clean the lens with alcohol and a microfiber towel. The final step is to spray 3 coats of gloss clear coat, waiting 15 minutes between each coat. For most cars, you wont NEED to remove the headlights, but if you don't, it's a good idea to mask off the area so you don't make a mess.
