Journey of a Lifetime: 300km Cycling Adventure Banff to Jasper!

Riding my bike 300km from Banff Alberta to Jasper Alberta! This cycling trip has been something I've dreamed of doing ever since I first moved to Banff many many years ago, and even before that when I came to visit family in Jasper when I was little. This was a really big accomplishment - two days of intense riding climbing. On the first day, I left Banff and went past Vermillion Lakes, down the Highway 1A/Bow Valley Parkway, Morant's Curve, Johnston Canyon, Castle Mountain, and had lunch at the beautiful Lake Louise. Next I went on to the Highway 93 towards Jasper and climbed past Bow Lake and Peyto Lake to the highest public paved road in Canada - Bow Pass or Bow Summit. After spending the night at Saskatchewan Crossing, I continued on to climb up to the Columbia Icefields of Alberta, a place so scenic and breathtaking (literally for me!). A long day of cycling through Jasper National Park with lots of "ups and downs" - including a huge rainstorm! This was truly the adventure of a lifetime for me and I couldn't be happier to bring you along for the journey. I hope you enjoy my video!
