BRIAN: At the very beginning we were trying to coordinate what we believed we would be best in our interest and relay that to Keri. We wanted to keep the investment we had in our condo, and also keep the townhouse. Most agents, would probably pressure us into selling because its a more logical to do things. Sell one place, buy up and get the larger investment, however Keri helped us look into the way to keep both because it's in our best interest to keep both investments. And it turned out we were able to do that, and we were very happy with the outcome. Graphic: How did the "Turn Any House Into Your Dream Home" program benefit you? CRYSTAL: We were part of the buyer in waiting program, where Keri was able to help find the house for us before it even went on the market. So we were able to go in there, we didn't have to go into a bidding war, which was really reassuring. We were the first people able to look at the house and were able to get it right away, without any competition- which was rally reassuring, because that can get really nerve wracking when your competing with other people. It was great, just being able to go in there knowing that we had the first shot and were able to land that deal, so its great. BRIAN: The best part about is that we knew we had a budget we had to stay under, so if we went into a bidding war, we wouldn't' have been able to afford the full. But thanks to Keri showing it to us prior in this new program, we were able to get it under our budget and prior to going on the market so it worked out really well. Graphic: Was it helpful that the Keri Shull Team had their own contracting crew? CRYSTAL: Because we were working with Keri, she was able to have her contracting crews, they were able to do a lot of upgrades for us right away, so we were able to get a brand new master bathroom...new vanity...we would never be able to afford a brand new house probably, so this is the next best thing for us to be able to feel like a new house. The best part about picking out new things, able to put our opinions in to make it more of our own home even though we weren't able to build new construction, which was great thanks to Keri.
