Cloud Compare 4: Generate DEMs and Contours

In this video you will learn how to use the Cloth Simulation Filter (CSF) tool (algorithm) to extract off-ground points and ground points. Also you will learn to use the 'rasterize' tool to generate a mesh (DEM), export it as raster (GeoTiff), and generate contour lines from ground cloud points. After, you will use the cloud/mesh distaance tool to estimate absolute heights (distance between ground and each off-ground point). This video was created as part of the Remote Learning Pathway activities for students of LARCH7031 - Extreme Territories Studio - School of Architecture and Built Environment.
