How to stabilize wood without spending money

This video is all about my newest experiment- stabilizing wood. But to make it more exciting I used only things I found at home or junkyard. The only thing I spend money for was resin of course, to have proper results. In the future my goal is to make more proffesional equipment for stabilizing wood. And why to stabilize wood? The perfect thing about it is that you can use any wood (too soft, a bit rotten, etc..) and turn it into very hard high quality wood. For example in this little experiment I used Thuja wood. In these condtitions it takes a really long time to soak resin into the wood, my old compressor from fridge has a bit less power I need.
