Traditional Wyandot Stories with Richard Zane Smith

Join us along with Richard Zane Smith, Wyandot artist and storyteller, as he shares a children's story about the Wyandot removal from their home in present-day Ohio through the lens of two young siblings. Following the children’s story, he will share a historical Wyandot story meant for a mature audience. So join us to learn about the stories of the Wyandot people! The collection quickly outgrew the space and MONAH opened its current doors in June of 2008. Founded by David Bogle, a registered member of the Cherokee Nation, born and raised in Bentonville, AR., the museum houses over 10,000 of the finest Native American artifacts. MONAH tells the 14,000-year story of Native American history through to the present with the discovery of artifacts, education, and programming.
