INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 2-21-21 7:40 am approx LOCATION: BNS&F railroad tracks along Harbor Dr. south of 32nd St St CITY: San Diego DETAILS: 3 people were reported along the railroad tracks with 2 males spray painting (tagging) railroad cars, while a female observed. SDPD officers surrounded the railroad cars, but stay out of view of the taggers and observed them painting the railroad cars. Officers moved in after 15 minutes and arrested the 3, along with their spray cans and beers. One male is on probation and the 3 will be charged with felony trespass on the tracks, felony vandalism, and conspiracy. The case will be handled by the BNS&F Railroad Police.
